Military Family Support

Houston County is home to Robins Air Force Base and has approximately 2,000 students who have parents in the military. Our district works hand-in-hand with the Robins Air Force Base ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Liaison Officer to ease transitions, answer questions, and resolve any issues that may arise. We understand that our military families face challenges due to assignment changes and deployments. Our district is honored to serve our military families and is committed to ensuring a smooth start as your family relocate to and from Houston County.

Throughout the year, our schools work to connect with military families. Every April, our schools celebrate the Month of the Military Child. We also offer military families various activities, such as military appreciation night at football games, Veterans Day ceremonies, and lunches with a hero.

Below are links and resources available to support our community.
